Dream & Mission
Roughly a third of the worlds agricultural lands are estimated to be under the care of a Christian farmer. Our dream, hope and prayer is that the stories in this book will inspire and empower these farmers to become a good steward to their land and to make it healthy and productive again. Can you imagine what a blessing these farmers would become to their communities if their yields would double or even multiply eight to ten times? We believe that the agricultural techniques described in this book, with God’s blessing, have the ability to do that.
To be able to reach all these farmers, we’ve made the book available in three different formats: a Paperback, an eBook for e-readers, and a free eBook-PDF. The PDF file is about 2MB, and can be easily spread by email, whats-app or bluetooth in case there is no WIFI connection.
We would like to get in touch with organizations that have farmer- or biblestudy-groups and are able to distribute larger quantities of books. Please contact us, if that description fits your organization. You can also contact us if you wish to financially support another ministry that has the ability to distribute books, but not the funds to buy them. We might be able to make a match.

Pastor C.J. Barth
“Once I started reading I couldn’t put your book down and read it in one go. To me, this is a great book. It’s an enjoyable read, offers a lot of information, and also speaks to the heart. I found the stucture of backround information, interview, analysis, and application to the Netherlands fascinating. It’s a way of letting the reader engage in conversation with the interviewee and also with yourself. I also love how the Bible is woven into your book in such a natural way. I already knew all the people in your book by name, but this way they have become much more real to me. So thank you!”
Bram Karels, BSc student in Plant Sciences at the Wageningen University, the Netherlands
"When reading 'I will heal their land', I was touched by the stories that Berthine documented. It was so special to read how God spoke to these farmers, and showed them the way to regenerative agriculture, as a well watered garden. These testimonies revealed a whole new perspective on the included bible citations throughout the book. It encourages me to see faith and my studies combined, and to remember the given practical tools for your own regenerative farm."
Claudia Kästner-Krombholz, professional education: Landschafts- und Freiraumplanung, Spec. soil protection and rural developement, Germany
"I bought the book because of the christian context. The topic itself is close to my heart and professional education (Landschafts- und Freiraumplanung, Spec. soil protection and rural developement), and I knew about Gabe Brown, Tony Rinaudo and Joel Salatin.
From the few chapters I read it is to me one of the best books I have read - after the bible of course. It shows God at work in real life nowadays context and makes very clear what happens if we put God first place and how his wisdom and truth is then spread before our eyes. In order for us to catch the principles of how his creation works. In my eyes this connection is too often underestimated and not talked of, scientific aspects are put first and we long have forgotten that science once intended to discover the ways God's creation works. So the book puts the thinking that was turned upside down back on it's feet. Thank you so much for that!"

"What makes 'I Will Heal Their Land' so impactful is its ability to meet readers where they are. Whether you are grappling with questions of faith, seeking direction, or longing for renewal, this book offers a wellspring of encouragement. Berthine’s words resonate deeply because they are rooted in her own journey—a testament to the transformative power of God’s grace."
René Braakman, Owner Circles of Abundance Consultancy, the Netherlands
"In many parts of the world, farmers are associated with poverty and environmental pollution. God did not intend it that way, then the question arises, what is? What is farming God's way? In ‘I Will Heal Their Land’ Berthine's search for answers leads her to renowned figures who provide guidance. People like Brian Oldreive and Joel Salatin. Read about the resulting answers in this captivating book. It also includes a workbook that provides practical tools to get started.”
Christian Slager, Founder Tree of Life Foundation, the Netherlands
"Berthine masterfully weaves in her own faith journey and passionately shares her own longing back to that Garden, as if ‘homesick’ for God’s original design. She shares her insight in Scripture, re ections and provides practical guidance for your journey."
